Welcome to Prompts For Photos (promptsforphotos.com). We sell digital prompt bundles and related digital products through our online store on Ko-fi. This Purchasing Policy explains what you are buying, how digital products are delivered, how refunds are handled, and how to contact us before or after a purchase.

1. What We Sell

Prompts For Photos offers digital prompt bundles, primarily in PDF format. Product pages describe the topic, number of prompts or included sections when applicable, and the intended use of each bundle.

These products are delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped unless a product listing specifically says otherwise.

2. Prices and Payment

The standard purchase price for our prompt bundles is $3 USD, unless a product page clearly shows a different price or promotion.

Payments and checkout are processed through Ko-fi. As the product creator and seller, we are responsible for the product information, delivery terms, and our refund policy. 3. Digital Delivery

After a successful purchase, the digital product is provided through the delivery method available in the relevant Ko-fi product listing. Please use an active email address and check your inbox, spam, or promotions folders if you do not immediately see your delivery information.

Because these are digital products, there is no physical shipping, tracking number, or delivery address.

4. What You Receive

You receive the digital product specifically described on the product page at the time of purchase. Product descriptions may include the prompt count, sections, file format, and practical use cases.

A purchase does not automatically include future products, future bundles, private services, custom prompt writing, or software subscriptions unless those items are explicitly included in the product description.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, purchases are generally non-refundable after the digital product has been successfully delivered or made available for download.

We may consider a refund or another reasonable resolution when there is a genuine technical or order problem, such as a duplicate payment, an incorrect product being delivered due to an issue on our side, or a file that cannot be accessed because of a verified delivery problem.

If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, contact us as soon as possible and explain the issue. Ko-fi's guidance states that refund requests are handled by the creator according to the creator's own terms, and Ko-fi does not mediate these transactions. See Ko-fi refund guidance.

6. Technical Problems and Missing Files

If your payment was successful but you cannot access the purchased file, contact us with the email address used for the purchase and, where available, your order or transaction details. We will review the issue and help you access the product.

We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify the order. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive financial information.

7. Product Updates

A product may be improved or updated over time. An update is not guaranteed unless the product listing specifically states that future updates are included.

8. Personal Use and Usage Rights

Your purchase gives you access to the digital product for your own use, subject to the terms shown on the relevant product listing.

Unless a product page specifically grants redistribution or resale rights, you may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, or package the original PDF or prompt collection as your own product.

Using a prompt to create your own work does not give you ownership of the original prompt bundle. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any AI platform or other service you use with the prompts.

9. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We aim to describe our products clearly and accurately. The exact contents of a bundle are determined by the product page shown at the time of purchase.

We do not guarantee that a prompt will produce identical results in every AI tool, model, image editor, device, or workflow. Output can vary depending on the tool, model version, input image, settings, and other factors.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our products may reference or be used with third-party AI platforms, image editors, or other services. Those services are separate from Prompts For Photos and may have their own pricing, terms, availability, and usage restrictions.

We are not responsible for changes made by third-party services, including changes to their features, pricing, access, or policies.

11. Responsible Use

Prompt bundles are intended for lawful and responsible creative, editing, design, and content-production purposes. Customers are responsible for how they use the products and for following applicable laws and the terms of the services they use.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Purchasing Policy when our products, store process, or refund terms change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
